All products supplied by NOVERAPEP are intended exclusively for lawful laboratory research. Products are NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION, ADMINISTRATION, OR USE, including diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary purposes. The purchaser represents that they are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and will purchase, handle, store, and use these products solely for lawful laboratory research in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Cancellations & Refunds After Shipment

Once an order has been tendered to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled. A cancellation or refund request submitted after shipment does not automatically entitle the purchaser to reimbursement. Refunds or replacements may be issued by NOVERAPEP following review of verified damaged, incorrect, missing, or unavailable items. Refunds will not be issued solely because the purchaser changes their mind while an order is in transit or after delivery. All returns require prior written authorization.

The purchaser agrees to contact info@noverapep.com promptly regarding any order issue. NOVERAPEP reserves the right to contest unsupported payment reversals using payment authorization, order communications, shipping records, and proof of delivery. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies provided by applicable law or payment-provider rules.
